Happy Mother's Day and a Note about the Clean & Clear Sale at Walgreens!

I want to wish all of the mothers out there a Happy Mother’s Day!

Just a heads up about the Clean & Clear Body Wash sale this week at Walgreens. The pink bottle is not ringing up as B1G1, so watch as it is ringing up to make sure the second bottle rings up at $0. If you aren’t sure, you can ask them to double check the receipt before you pay. If the second bottle doesn’t ring up as B1G1, show them in the ad that it is on sale and they should adjust the price for you.

I had some trouble last week with the Right Guard Body Wash sale when using the B1G1 coupon. I went to a store that I don’t go to very often and they told me that they received an email from Corporate stating that I had to buy 4 (pay for 2 and get 2 free). I didn’t feel like arguing, so I just left and decided to call Corporate to double check the policy. The lady I spoke to was very nice and did not know of any email that was sent out, and that I should have been able to get 2 bottles for free (one from the store sale and one from the coupon). The manager from that store is supposed to be contacting me tomorrow to further discuss the situation.

I also had trouble today with the Clean & Clear Body Wash, but told the manager that I spoke with Corporate last week and they said I was able to get 2 bottles for free when using the coupon and the B1G1 sale. If you have any trouble this week with the Clean & Clear Body Wash B1G1 sale in combination with the B1G1 coupon, ask to speak with the manager. If you still can’t resolve things, tell them that you will be contacting Corporate (1-800-WALGREENS). If you can, call Corporate while still in the store and have them speak directly to the manager.
